"We provide IOP groups, individual, group, and family therapy to children and families of all ages. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.
I studied at Walden University and earned my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Trauma and Crisis. When I initially began my Masters, I studied Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling. Due to my educational experience, I was afforded the opportunity to study both family systems and individualistic treatment approaches. Utilizing empirical evidence based approaches, person-centered, and holistic perspectives, my goal is to assist individuals and families to find the underlying sources to their life challenges while assisting with helping them gain their desire outcomes. Many of my past and current experiences have revealed that many of the challenges that are faced by most are a direct result of unresolved trauma, negative thinking patterns, limited information, and life experiences.
I am a survivor of significant trauma as well as have a passion for addressing issues surrounding diversity and community challenges that often impact mental health. I believe in the philosophy of Spirit & Mind because harmonious energy is imperative to reaching goals in human service."
